Linus Pauling Institute of Medicine

Linus Pauling, Ph.D., was a Nobel Laureate for chemistry in 1954 and for peace in 1962.  The Linus Pauling Institute, established in 1973, is dedicated to research in orthomolecular medicine, which is the practice of preventing illness with natural substances.
